Angelic Pretty’s English International online webshop hasn’t been open for very long and people have taken a chance with buying from them. So far it’s not looking good as multiple review posted on egl indicate. So far slow shipping, slow responses to emails and generally very poor customer service through their English portal has caused fustration for many unhappy shoppers.

From what I understand there needs to be more English capable communication between international customers and the webstore and better orgainization on their behalf. Customers are going back to paying personal shoppers and shopping services for peace of mind rather than directly from the shop. Hopefuly Angelic Pretty lift their game.
